Jinx REF

Ref of Jinx, my baby. Jinx is/was a shelter dog at my local shelter -- we had a very close and strange bond. The first night Jinx was brought in, I was there. They had to use a catch pole on her because she was so frightened, and as soon as she was put into the kennel she just hunkered down in the corner.

Because she was in the outside pen, I let her out to roam around the pen and just sat, watching her. My aunt and a man sat at opposite corners, trying to call her over to them. She came to me instead. After that, she and I were glued at the hip. She would only listen to me, play with me, and she wouldn't shy away. It was obvious she'd been abused with how skiddish she was, and she'd even snap if I got to close to a certain area on her.

After the course of a month and a half, she was deemed my "baby." Sadly, after a while, the stress of living in a shelter started to ware on her. Every time she was placed in the kennel, she'd start fighting with the other dogs in the cage opposite to her, but she was fine with them all outside of it.

Recently, within this past week, she was put down. I was more than devistated and am just glad that I commissioned Dyzkei to do her ref before she was put down.

Anyways, yeah -- this is her.
